Our world needs leaders who are champions for change: young entrepreneurs, professionals, financiers, artists, innovators, engineers, thinkers, builders... who know their champion within.

Once selected, a small, diverse group of future life champions will gather, find each other, share their stories, laugh and learn together.
They’ll learn to motivate and lead themselves. They’ll also experience the flora, soil and beauty of the surroundings; the reality of social inequality, the impacts of global warming and a glimpse into an economy at work. At Camp-LIT they’ll be stimulated to think critically - without the limitations of pre-conceived judgement. They’ll seek opportunity for constructive change and then design and build their proposed project / solution.
A planet and society in motion and crisis, needs a new kind of leader: curious, empathic, resilient and qualified beyond the academic – qualified for life, a life we cannot predict.
